I got dinner with my daughter at the Clearwater PDQ an hour ago and we both got grilled chicken. I also got cheese broccoli as a side from this location and got nauseous stomach pains half an hour later. Now I am vomiting contemplating going to the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I have had food poisoning at this PDQ from the chicken twice. I will NEVER eat there again!
