Yesterday January 21, 2017 I ordered take out from Buffalo Wild Wings and took it home. Shortly after eating the chicken I got nauseous, my stomach started rumbling. Shortly after that I began to throw up and have diarrhea simultaneously. I spent 2 hours in the bathroom throwing up & throughout the night, even after my stomach was empty & I was throwing up & only bile was coming out. Too weak to make it to the dr today but I will be going. This has ruined my weekend & may cause me to be out of work tomorrow depending on how I feel. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Bile
