Saturday evening I decided to eat at bufflalo wild wings , a snack size sweet barbecue and a order of fries. I woke up Sunday with the absolute worse pain ever! Could not keep anything down, couldn’t stay out of the bathroom.. the pain ended up getting so bad I ended up in the Emergency Room most of Sunday/Monday! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
