My wife and daughter got sick after ordering BW3 via Door Dash. Ate a salad with chicken on it and chicken strips, fries, and mac and cheese. Wife woke up 6-7 hours later with projectile vomiting, aches, chills, diahhrea; more violent than a typical virus. Daughter not quite as severe but similar. Both were feeling better by about 12 hrs later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
