Additional Information: Went to the restaurant around 7, I ordered a beer cheese chicken cheesesteak with fries. I started feeling nauseous around 11pm and threw up for the first time at 1:45am and have been throwing up every 15 minutes since (currently 3:15) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
