Dined . Cashed out at approximately 430 pm. Got refunded on mushroom swiss burger. Ate 2 bites it tasted off. Looked at sandwhich. Mushroom were black at felt bit slimy . Squueezed one of the mushroom. It was black liquid dripping from them. Showed waitress. She asked me if i wanted something else. I did not. Plus was heading to movies with my son. Went to movies had to leave. Started feeling nauseous. Ive had diareah, nausea, and cramping in my stomach. Called the store. Talk to manager to let her know and make sure they checked mushrooms and had them pulled off line. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
