Box Burger Combo Illness - Burger Box, Arlington Texas

My husband and I both had a Box Burger Combo this past Thursday around 5pm for dinner. The meat was thin and didn’t really taste good. We should not have eaten it but we ran out of time to go anywhere else before our meeting. My husband began throwing up with diarrhea first thing Friday morning and I started the same symptoms at 11am that same day. After this went on continuously all through the night, the vomiting finally subsided around 4am. We became very weak and have been trying to get our strength back and some rest all day. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
Just FYI- I ordered a half/half tea that came out too sweet. While he was making it, I asked about free refills and he pointed to a styrofoam cup with an amount on it and said that refills cost. When I got my too sweet tea, I asked him to just go with Dr.Pepper. He looked at me like ‘really?’ but exchanged the drink. The rest is history. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
