On 9-30-2025 I stopped at Burger King on Lebanon road to get a Whopper Burger and fries around 11pm. I had a 1:30pm doctor's appointment at VA hospital in Murfreesboro Tn that day. I was at work from 7am till I stopped by the restaurant and had not eaten anything all morning. I arrived at VA hospital around 1pm and signed in. While waiting in waiting room I became very sick and started vomiting. I was rushed to the Urgent care room at hospital and admitted for for 24 hours. I was released on 10-1-2025 at 4:30pm. I missed several important meetings with my job as regional manager for a security company.
