I ate breakfast at this BK around 8AM. I ran an errond and went to sleep. I woke up at 1PM on the same day to get ready for work. I began vomitting until my stomach had nothing left in it. I had a fever and a headache. I have had this happen on a few occasions and I've narrowed it down to the sausage patties. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
