- comments: observed approx. 15 live small flying insects on the walls and ceiling near the back exit door of the food prep area, near the drive-thru fountain pop dispenser, on the wall behind the coca-cola pop dispenser in the dining area and in the hallway next to the washrooms. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
