Got a whopper with a friend and we both got flu like symptoms within hours. Went to the intestines with diarrhea, fever, wanted to vomit ... the whole nine yards it was pretty horrible. Three days later starting to feel normal and diarrhea finally stopped late last night. I think it may have been the lettuce (not sure) - I reported it to the manager and she thanked me and would look into it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
