Kid's Nuggets Cause Vomiting - Burger King, Hastings Minnesota

We went to our local Burger King December 7 for supper. My daughter and I were fine. (We had burgers). My 4 year old, however, threw up at about 11:00 pm that same night. He had a kids chicken nugget meal. That's the only thing he ate that day that would have caused it. Since the other meals were much earlier in the day. I asked him what he ate and the first thing he said was chicken nuggets. Even though he ate more throughout the day. So, it's like he knows that that's what he threw up. And it definitely looked like parts of the chicken nuggets. I don't know if they were contaminated somehow or undercooked or what. He had no fever, said his tummy hurts and he threw up. Not cool, especially for a little 4 year old boy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
