I had order the original chicken sandwich meal on Doordash. The bag looked like it had been opened and the fries were half eaten. The chicken sandwich itself tasted like it had mustard in it but it was actually the mayonnaise. Of course I ended up eating it because I thought I had mustard and mayo mixed together but then I regretted it immediately.I ran to the bathroom, vomited, and then had a bout of diarrhea. I took my temp after a bit, and I had a fever. I couldn't sleep well last night due to the constant stomach cramps. I woke up feeling super icky and it feels like I was punched in the gut. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
