Attention food poisoning!!!

My friends and I went to this one yesterday and 3 out of 4 ordered the same menu with the long chili cheese and long chicken.

ALL 3 have been vomiting continuously since tonight at 4, have abdominal cramps and demonic diarrhea. One of us has even vomited blood and has yet to receive another diagnosis. I personally break out everything that only comes down my esophagus, including still water. Muscle pain and headaches are just added.
The fourth person who ate a different menu only has the usual symptoms after eating.
