Ghost pepper nuggets. They were not spicy, but now they are. Not just in taste though; after eating a fresh pack of the new and improved nuggs (twice now with the same result) I got incredibly bad pain in my stomach followed by both constipation and diarrhea at the same time, with some serious cold sweats on the porcelain throne. I love the new taste but the side effects have proven killer. Never getting spicy nuggets again, I'll just dip em in hot sauce. (Point of clarification it isn't the spicy flavor that did it, I'm a veteran heat seeker and have never once in my life had such a horrible experience from eating spice) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Constipation, Sweating, Stomach Pain
