Only meal of the day. Wife and I purchased extra long cheese burger and onion rings at about (SAT) 3:30PM, ate at 4:00PM. Took a nap started feeling unwell at 8:00PM. By 9PM full on nausea so we tried some Pepto. By 11PM cold chills and cramps. Wife projectile vomited at about midnight and I was able to hold out until 2AM but it was brutal. More vomiting and diarrhea the entire next day (Sunday.) Headache, fatigue, joint stiffness, sensitivity to smells, and diarrhea today (Monday). Reported to city health department for follow-up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Chills
