Whopper Illness: Fever, Vomiting - Burger King, Nashville Tennessee

I went to the Burger King on Lebanon Pike on Tuesday night. I got a whopper with cheese, and no onions and that’s all. On Wednesday morning I woke up and I was extremely nauseous. Was fighting the urge to vomit all day. I finally left early from work, came home and began to violently throw up. I got the chills and a fever immediately after vomiting. My head was pounding and slept all day. I only woke back up to vomit or use the restroom. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
