Saw the cook grabbing fistfuls of chicken nuggets with his bare hands over by the fryer area. Then I peeked further and saw someone putting together a sandwich without gloves on.The week before, we were in the drive thru watching a woman make another customer a shake. I saw whipped cream or what might have been some of the shake fall onto the counter. She scraped it off the counter with her bare hands back into the cup and took it out to the customer.
