I ordered a Bacon King (#4) after work yesterday (4/16), got home and slept early, but woke up by 10pm with diarrhea and vomiting. This lasted for some 3 hours till I got to sleep again by 1am. I got up next at 4am experiencing the same issues in the bathroom, feeling lightheadedness and chills. I was also sweating after vomitting. Had to call out from work. Not sure if it was the bacon or the beef, or both. After the initial vomit, most of the contents of the vomit was bile, and I concluded that I had food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Sweating, Lightheaded, Bile
