Consumed a North West Cheeseburger, Rosemary Shoestring fries and a “regular” Root Beer @ approximately 4:30pm on 11/26. Woke up with bloated stomach that was hard to the touch and severe nausea @ 11:50pm that night. Rushed to the bathroom, severe diarrhea (loose projectile stool) and still nauseous. Lasted about 25-30 minutes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
