Private Selection Buttermilk Ranch Dip exp date of 10/16/23 has huge rotten pockets in the middle of the container. I reached out to Kroger customer service and opted for live chat option. I explained that it had a huge mold patch in it and the rep rudely said if I wanted a refund to take it to the store with my reciept. I said I don’t have a reciept, but I’d expect you to pull the product from the shelves. Then …. “The agent has ended your chat. Thank you for talking to us today”, without a lot number, without a product name or brand or exp date…whaaat? So I’m having to come here to tell you not to buy it!
