My 15 year old daughter ordered a Cesar salad without croutons here approximately 4:30-6pm on Friday, March 31st. She had sprite to drink and also ordered the low carb strawberry cheesecake gluten free. She also has celiac disease. She didn’t finish her salad because she reported that it was tasting really sour. Around 11pm to midnight, she threw up on herself and then more in the toilet. She then had a pounding headache. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
