Additional information: I had ordered a chicken bowl around 6:30pm and the next morning at 4 am I had woke up to severe nausea and vomiting constantly going back to bathroom to throw up till 10 am. It’s been Over 24 hours now since I’ve eaten the chicken bowl and I’m still throwing up occasionally and as a result I’m having acid reflux as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Acid reflux
