I ordered a small salad with sweet pork, black beans, shredded lettuce, etc. It was pretty much all I had to eat yesterday and woke up this morning with god awful stomach pain and have been vomiting and having diaherria for the past three hours with no reprieve in pain  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Thursday 5/21 I ate coconut shrimp tacos around 4-5 pm. At 10 pm I became violently ill vomiting violently- by 2 am I was in hypovolemic shock and in an ambulance. I was admitted to ICU and even had to be put on vasopressors to sustain life.… See more

Steak was gummy. They were out of steak, didn't cook long enough. Also the cashier walked over to the grill, grabbed a knife to sharpen it then rinsed with water and dried it off. No cleaning it with soap  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
