Thursday 5/21 I ate coconut shrimp tacos around 4-5 pm. At 10 pm I became violently ill vomiting violently- by 2 am I was in hypovolemic shock and in an ambulance. I was admitted to ICU and even had to be put on vasopressors to sustain life.… See more

Steak was gummy. They were out of steak, didn't cook long enough. Also the cashier walked over to the grill, grabbed a knife to sharpen it then rinsed with water and dried it off. No cleaning it with soap  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

April 6th just before closing, my family of 7 all ate there. Everyone was sick with severe projectile vomiting, chills, sweats, and some diarrhea by 24 hrs that lasted for 12 to 48 hrs. We had all eaten multiple different dishes with different meats and beans and rice and vegetables.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Night Sweats
