Thursday 5/21 I ate coconut shrimp tacos around 4-5 pm. At 10 pm I became violently ill vomiting violently- by 2 am I was in hypovolemic shock and in an ambulance. I was admitted to ICU and even had to be put on vasopressors to sustain life.…

We went tonight very dirty and was skeptical but my family ate and now I have food poison. It happened about 1 hour after we ate. My daughter is also sick

Sweet Pork Salad Illness

Ordered the sweet pork salad. I've seen them fill their station with fresh product over old product. Health code is to put old product on top of new product (first In first out) to avoid eating product that has been sitting on the bottom for who knows…
