周四5月21日，我在下午4-5点左右吃了椰子虾玉米卷。晚上10点，我开始剧烈呕吐，病情严重；到凌晨2点，我陷入低血容量性休克，被救护车送往医院。我被收入重症监护室，甚至需要使用血管加压药来维持生命。在森特尼尔山医院，我被检测出弯曲杆菌阳性。在此之前，我是一个正常健康的38岁人。

Ordered the sweet pork salad. I've seen them fill their station with fresh product over old product. Health code is to put old product on top of new product (first In first out) to avoid eating product that has been sitting on the bottom for who knows…
