Thursday 5/21 I ate coconut shrimp tacos around 4-5 pm. At 10 pm I became violently ill vomiting violently- by 2 am I was in hypovolemic shock and in an ambulance. I was admitted to ICU and even had to be put on vasopressors to sustain life. I tested positive for campylobacter at centennial hills hospital.
