March 25 2023, Had the salad, with no dressing, no guacamole, shredded lettuce with chicken, within a few hours my stomach was in knots, severe stomach issues and vomiting. 7 hours later felt even worse. I've gotten sick from here before but others in my family didn't get sick , but they didn't eat lettuce.
