This is for the cafeteria on the 9th floor on Friday March 8, 2024. I ate a Cobb salad and a fruit salad from here at lunchtime during jury service. I now have the most severe food poisoning of my life. Yesterday I was hospitalized for 12 hours after vomiting violently every 10-15 minutes for 4 hours also often diarrhea at literally the same time. I was so dehydrated I needed to be on iv saline and was given IV antibiotics, anti nausea meds and I was so dehydrated that my vein collapsed and they could not re- Catherize my vein to give me more fluids. I am now at home and am not sure I will be able to come in tomorrow to complete my jury service and will make sure the judge on my case knows what happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Update: I made a health department report and they followed up saying this cafeteria is a repeatedly food poisoning people and that they have found multiple refrigeration and food prep violations at this location several times meaning they came, issued a citation, and the cafeteria manager did I not ensure compliance before selling me the inadequately refrigerated Cobb aalad
