I ordered large Cafe Saigon and the Chocolate mousse cake. Cake fruit looked rotten so I removed it, but still ate the cake. Came home 3 hours later and had explosive diarrhea and a fever, had to turn the air conditioning on full blast at 68 degrees because I was sweating and nauseous. I threw up four times and still feel horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Sweating
