Pastry Illness: Severe Symptoms - Caffè Gilli, Firenze Toscana

Pistachio cream filled pastry on the morning of 21st March. Around 7 hours later, I experienced severe stomach cramping followed by vomiting, diarrhoea, muscle aches, chills, weakness, feeling faint and racing heart. Update 24/03 - I am still suffering with weakness, headaches, fatigue, nausea and diarrhoea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue, Muscle Pain
