Ordered Carne Asada burrito and Carne asada fries at about 5am. By 2pm I was between my bed and the toilet more times than I can remember. Vomiting and diarrhea, a few instances of it happening at the same time. The stomach pain felt like a sharp ball sliding from side to side though mostly center left side of abdomen. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
