My daughter had a large mushroom wild mushroom pizza from California pizza kitchen on Tuesday, February 12 during the evening hours. Wednesday she felt nauseous Thursday morning she woke up with severe welts and nausea on her body she then went to the emergency room she has not been to work until today. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea
