Campbell's Chunky Chicken and Sausage Gumbo Soup
Heated the soup for several minutes, near boiling. Ate the soup around 3pm and started getting cramps about 2 hours later. Experienced sudden chills and fever around 7pm. Had mild cramps, mild nausea, and fatigue throughout the next day and no BMs. Went to bed around 10pm still feeling a bit of fatigue and nausea. Had to get up multiple times (8-10) throughout the night with very watery BMs. I was very thirsty and drank lots of water. Got up the next day feeling 80-90% normal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue
