Additional information: I opened a can up for lunch and heated it up about 3 hours later bad cramps. By the time I got home started vomiting and stomach sounded awful. No sleep at all at night but when it was about 3 am started having bad cramping with explosive diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
