Gardner’s Baked Cheese of Wisconsin booth. - Baked cheese, 2 of us got sick.  I got sick first after eating 1 ounce of the cheese.  My symptoms started about 6 hours later and lasted about 40 hours.  My son had 5 ounces of the cheese 1 day later and his symptoms started  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
