Bad Piece of Fish. I had bought this frozen pre-packaged bag that contained 4 pieces of salmon a few weeks ago. I ate two within the past month ago and then decided to eat one today. The salmon was cooked throughly. About 4 hours later I had a really bad headache, slight fever, abdominal pain, and then vomited. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
