Additional information: Ate one scallop and cole slaw. Friend ate scallops I threw up & mild headache, cramps and diarrhea about 6 hrs after lunch. Friend had diarrhea shortly after lunch. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
