Frozen Chicken, Severe Illness - Carl's Jr,

Ordered a bacon and chicken sandwich and took a bite of it, after chewing and swallowing realized the meat was not thawed all the way and it was rubbery. Later in the evening I had sudden chills, projectile vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping and nausea.
