Last night around 9:30 pm or so, my dad asked if I wanted Carls Jr. Me thinking I was doing myself a favor, I asked for a salad. He came home with this brown unappetizing boxed salad that looked like they took the meat and bun off a burger and gave me the left over lettuce and rubbery chicken. I of course ate it all. This morning I woke up totally fine at 9 am. By 9:30 my stomach almost instantly became nauseous. Within minutes I was sitting on the toilet hovering over a trash can, it was coming out of both ends. It's been 3 hours so far and I'm sick as a dog. Oh and I lost my phone in a Lake yesterday. My life just keeps on getting better. Thanks Carls Jr. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
