Repeated Illness from Shake - Carl's Jr, Irvine California

Ordered the chocolate shake from this location approximately 1030pm, only about one-third consumed then discarded around 11pm. Approximately 0450 was awoken by abdominal pain in lower right, to lower abdominal region. Pain could be described as sharp and stabbing, possibly in ascending and transverse colon with about a 7/10 pain scale. Symptoms included cold sweats, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. After about three and a half hours, pain has subsided and chained to a dull and achy pain with a scale of about 2 or 3/10. I considered going to the ER, but I had a generally good grasp of what was occuring (former combat medic and current RN student), and had school same morning online. Instead, will follow up with GI specialist.Previous experience from ordering at this location had same experience twice prior to this, Origionally I had thought I was developing a food allergy to dairy and beef. However, these same symptoms have only been felt after eating at this specific location, and I have ordered here about four times. The first time, I had ordered the famous star and got sick. The second time, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and did not get sick. the third time, I ordered the famous star and got sick, and this time was the chocolate shake and got sick.
