Had a fish sandwich from Carl’s Junior on the evening of March 25th, Wednesday over night I woke up with diarrhea and vomiting. It’s now almost two days later and I am still having diarrhea. I also had the shakes and exhaustion. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
