Christmas party. I ate from the buffet. Spinach and some mixed salad. Within 30 minutes something didn’t feel ‘right’ Within 3 hours I had fever, chills, and eliminating all food and water from my body. Aches and headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
