- comments: instructed to install a hand washing sink in the rear produce prep area where produce is cut and packaged, such as chopped cactus and cut carrots. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: bulk containers must be labeled with the product common name.

- comments: must provide a lid for the bulk, self serve dried bean container.

- comments: must not use tin foil as liner for equipment or shelving in the food prep areas. ---wooden shelving of the food cart in the rear food prep area in poor repair. Must replace.
