Picked up dinner for my family 2/21/23. I was the only one eating carnitas. I ate about 1/2 or my order when the taste wasn't right. This was about 630 pm. I began feeling ill about 730. By 10 pm I was vomiting and had diarrhea. This lasted until 6 am the following day. I still have diarrhea and a terrible headache with lightheadedness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Lightheaded
