Went to carrs at midnight got the sesame chicken with rice from the deli. Couldn’t sleep around 3 am I started getting sick and had to puke with chills dizzy spells, very thirsty, can’t hold down water with no food appealing to me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
