Uncertain of location but predominantly ate at well known restaurants. Have had nauseas, vomiting and terrible headache five days now. It’s so difficult to determine a place of cause dude to the extreme heat and food being exposed to it. Was a drink with coconut milk that was bad or the countless of times ceviche was had. Traveling back home tomorrow, but have started with multiple trips with loose stools. Oh and awful sore throat too! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Sore Throat
