Hi, I purchased a jar of salsa from this location. It is called casa mamita chunky salsa, medium. It was an unopened jar. I opened it on Monday night probably around 10 p. M. I woke up by 5 AM, so 7 hours later, 6 or 7 hours later, it was 5 AM. Vomiting, vomiting, burning sensation, terrible vomiting, turbo diarrhea, chills, fever, wicked wicked bad headache, and body aches. It lasted 3 days. All of Tuesday, all of Wednesday, all of Thursday. I've never touching this product again. It's a brand new jar, and I can't believe I got sick from it! and the best buy date is July 9th, 2024. So that's insane.I would like to hold all the accountable, they need to let people know to not buy this or to take care of properly. I'd really like to throw away this jar, but maybe I'll take a picture of it and keep the batch number, very long batch number.
Anyway, I ate it and afterward my stomach started to burn and I figured out it's salsa, it's hot. Nooo, it was a bad burn. I should have tried to rid myself of it immediately, which unfortunately not, that because I've never had food poisoning before. Anyway, terrible experience and I'm never buying this product again.
