Total of 38 live roaches throughout establishment. 2 live at appetizer bar hand washing station. 6 live on shelf st appetizer prep table. 3 live on cutting board in kitchen. 15 live on wall in kitchen. 10 inside paper work hanging on wall near stove. 2 live in dish washing area. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-04-22: 5 live roaches behind main flip top cooler in kitchen.
