Yesterday about 6pm I started getting symptoms , I believe a pork tenderloin with honey mustard on it I left Columbia Missouri about 1:15 pm to go to Jefferson City to go shopping. I stopped by here in Ashland on the way for gas and food. Approximately 1:45 pm. I bought two pork tenderloins. Got a honey mustard. Two teas. And a sprite and prepaid 60$ in gas. Pumped 42. And left to shop in Jefferson City. Around 5-6 pm. I started getting stomach cramps. Shortly after I got diarrhea. I have used the bathroom over 8 times since symptoms started and twice. I had accidents in my shorts. Once while sleeping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
